Pineapple Punch

Ingredients

1 part Wray & Nephew

¾ parts Lime juice

¾ parts Simple syrup

1 part Pineapple juice

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Mint sprig/grated nutmeg garnish (optional)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, except the garnish.

Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with fresh mint and shaved nutmeg.

Irish Mimosa

Ingredients

1 part Jameson Caskmates IPA

2 parts IPA Beer (hoppy and citrusy are ideal)

3 parts Grapefruit Juice

1 Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)

Instructions

Pour Jameson Caskmates IPA and grapefruit juice into a glass.

Top with IPA.

Garnish with grapefruit peel.

Rob Roy

Ingredients

2 oz. Johnnie Walker Red Label

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

1 Orange

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir well.

Strain and serve neat in a cocktail glass.

Twist a piece of orange zest over the glass to release the aromatic oils.

Garnish with the orange zest and a brandied cherry for the perfect Rob Roy.

Bloody Mary

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Ketel One Vodka

3 oz. Tomato Juice

¼ oz. Lemon Juice (Freshly Pressed)

8 drops Hot Sauce

1 pinch Salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a glass and fill with cubed ice.

Stir gently to mix all ingredients.

Garnish with a celery stick, tomato, and any other Bloody Mary favorites.
