1870 Sour
Ingredients
2 oz. George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz. Zinfandel
1 oz. Meyer Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Maple Syrup
1 Egg White
1 tsp. Blueberry Jam
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the wine to a shaker. Shake vigorously (without ice) for 10 seconds.
Fill with ice and shake for an additional 15 seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled 8-ounce Mason jar or a rocks glass.
Float the wine on top using a spoon.

Ginger Sparkler
Ingredients
1 ½ parts Jameson® Black Barrel
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Simple Syrup
½ part Ginger Beer
1 ½ parts Sparkling Wine
Instructions
Build all ingredients except for sparkling wine in a shaking tin.
Add ice and shake.
Strain as you pour into a highball glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a rosemary sprig.

Daytime Old Fashioned
Ingredients
2 oz. Bertoux Brandy
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top Ginger Ale
1 Orange Peel, Brandied Cherry, and Lemon Wheel (Garnish)
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a Collins glass.
Add ice and top with ginger ale.
Garnish with orange peel.

Call Me Honey
Ingredients
2 oz. Figenza Mediterranean Fig Vodka
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ½ oz. Organic Honey
Highball Glass
Instructions
Mix Figenza, lemon juice, and organic honey over ice in a highball glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
