Daiquiri
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Mount Gay Eclipse
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 Lime (Garnish)
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Raspberry Sour
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Naked Diablo Blanco
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Agave Syrup
1 Egg White
3 Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, except the ice, and shake for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake for about 20 seconds.
Strain ingredients into a margarita glass.
Serve and enjoy!

Coquito
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
¾ oz. Evaporated Milk
¾ oz. Coconut Cream
½ oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon and Nutmeg (Garnish)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a rocks glass.
Grate cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

The Mumm Trifecta
Ingredients
4 oz. G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne
¼ oz. Sage-Infused Honey Syrup
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
5 Mint Leaves
3-4 Lavender Buds
Instructions
Add the mint, lavender, champagne, and honey syrup into a shaker and muddle.
Strain into the glassware of your choice. Top with a mountain of crushed ice and add the Angostura bitters on top of the ice.
Garnish with mint leaves and a lavender sprig.
