Daiquiri

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Mount Gay Eclipse

1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

½ oz. Simple Syrup

1 Lime (Garnish)

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.

Shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Malfy

Negroni

Ingredients

1 oz. Malfy™ Con Arancia Gin

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1 Orange Peel Garnish

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Saint Liberty

Mary's Berry Smash

Ingredients

2 oz. Mary's Four Grain Bourbon

¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz. Thyme Syrup

2 Strawberries (Sliced & Muddled)

4 drops Orange or Rhubarb Bitters

. Strawberry and Thyme (Garnish)

Instructions

Place one strawberry into the cocktail shaker and muddle completely.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to half full.

Measure bourbon and pour it into a shaker.

Measure Thyme Syrup and pour into the shaker.

Cut a fresh lemon in half and hand-press it in the shaker.

Add bitters.

Place the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously 20 times.

Fill a highball with ice and strain the cocktail over ice.

Garnish with a sliced strawberry and a thyme twig.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Old Forester 1920

¾ oz. Honey syrup

¾ oz. Lemon juice

1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the shaker.

Shake until well combined.

Pour into a Rocks Glass on the rocks.

Garnish as desired.
