Ingredients
2 oz. Empress 1908 Gin
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
¾ Egg White
Edible Flowers
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain to remove ice.
Shake again without the ice.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with edible flowers.

Make Me Blush
Ingredients
2 oz. Duke & Dame Salted Caramel Whiskey
½ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Red Wine
½ oz. Agave
½ oz. Grapefruit Soda
1 Dried lemon slice or edible flower for garnish
Instructions
Squeeze lemons and grapefruit for fresh juice.
Add ingredients, except for the grapefruit soda, to your cocktail shaker, then add ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Top with grapefruit soda, and garnish.

Triple Mash Old Pal
Ingredients
¾ oz. Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash
Blended Straight Whiskey
¾ oz. Dry Vermouth
¾ oz. Italian Apéritif
1 Lemon Peel (Garnish)
Instructions
Stir until cold.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

New York Sour
Ingredients
2 oz. Heaven's Door Whiskey
1 oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White (Optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the wine into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Slowly pour the wine over the back of a bar spoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
