Apple Walnut Sangria

Ingredients

3 Parts Lillet Rouge

1 ½ Parts Martell Blue Swift

2 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters

1 Parts Lemonade

½ Parts Orange Juice

2 Thyme Sprigs (Garnish)

1 Apple (Garnish)

Instructions

Batch in a non-reactive container.

Pour over ice in a pitcher or bowl when ready to serve.

Garnish with Thyme sprigs and Apple slices.

Rama Gin Fizz

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Ramazzotti Amaro

½ oz. Plymouth Gin

⅔ oz. Lemon Juice

⅔ oz. Cream

3 dashes Cardamom Bitters

Lemon Peel & Nutmeg (Garnish)

Instructions

Add Ramazzotti Amaro to a highball glass with ice.

Then add Plymouth Gin, lemon juice, cream, egg whites, and cardamom bitters.

Finish with a lemon peel and nutmeg.

Amalfi Mule

Ingredients

2 oz. Pallini Limoncello

2 oz. Goslings Ginger Beer

½ oz. Lemon juice

1 Strawberry

4 Basil leaves

Instructions

Muddle the strawberry and basil, add the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer.

Shake well and strain into ice ice-filled glass.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with a basil leaf.

Lapu Lapu

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz. Zaya Rum

1 ¼ oz. White Rum

¾ oz. Passion Fruit Syrup

¼ oz. Simple Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

2 oz. Orange Juice

Ice (For Shaking)

Crushed Ice (For Serving)

Lemon Half Moons

1 Orange Twist

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except the Zaya Rum, in a cocktail shaker.

Shake well with ice, and strain into a tulip glass.

Fill with crushed ice and add a float of Zaya rum on top.

Add lemon half moons and an orange twist for garnish.
