Peach Carrot - Papaya Juice

Ingredients

ice

2 oz. carrot juice

2 oz. fresh orange juice

2 oz. papaya nectar

1 oz. Monin Peach Syrup

Glass: Any/Multiple

Instructions

Fill a serving glass full of ice.

Pour ingredients into the mixing tin in order listed.

Add ice from the serving glass.

Cap, shake, and pour back into the serving glass.

Add garnish and serve.

Blueberry Basil Lemonade

Ingredients

1/2 oz. Monin Blueberry Purée

1/10 oz. Monin Basil Concentrated Flavor

7 oz. premium lemonade

Instructions

Fill a serving glass full of ice.

Pour ingredients into the serving glass in order listed.

Pour the mixture into a mixing tin and pour it back into the serving glass to mix. Add garnish and serve.

Spooky Spiced Cider

Ingredients

ice

3/4 oz. Monin Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

2 oz. apple juice

club soda

Instructions

Fill a serving glass with ice.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cap and shake vigorously, or transfer from 

the serving glass to another glass and back.

Garnish.

1/10 oz. Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor

3/4 oz. Monin Desert Pear Syrup

4 oz. freshly made lemonade

3 oz. sparkling water

Instructions

Fill a serving glass full of ice.

Pour ingredients into a serving 

glass in order listed.

Pour the mixture into a mixing tin and
