45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) maple cream

30 ml (1 oz.) Canadian whisky

10 ml (1/3 oz.) maple syrup

A mix of strawberries, 

raspberries, and blueberries

Ice cubes

2 mint leaves

30 mL (1 oz) vanilla/cinnamon Irish cream

15 mL (1/2 oz) Irish whiskey

15 mL (1/2 oz) caramel or hazelnut syrup

Caramel candy, homemade 

or store-bought, for garnish

Preparation

In the glass

In an old-fashioned glass, stir 

the Irish cream with the Irish whiskey 

and syrup with a spoon.
